Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Within 30 days of purchase: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

How to Initiate a Return

  3. Ship the Item(s): Ship your return to the address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Inspection and Approval

  1. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
